Everybody Lifting Club (ELC) is the core program of the Everybody Lifting non-profit. ELC is an LGBTQIA+ and size-inclusive fitness club operating twice a week at a performance training facility in central Phoenix, Arizona.

Offered Tuesdays and Sundays, ELC classes are hosted in a group setting, with semi-private coaching sessions that prioritize interval training, lifting heaving, and creating a strong, fabulous, and authentic community.

Workouts feature multiple progressions and substitutions so members can increase strength at their own pace, regardless of physical capabilities. We remain especially attuned to the needs of individuals who may have felt excluded or intimated in conventional fitness settings.

Circuit

Partner Workout - 1 minute each station, completed twice
