I like the style and variety in the workouts. There is motivation to push yourself but nothing too extreme. Megan does a great job of offering flexibility in the workouts so everyone can participate and feel comfortable while trying to improve or maintain their strength.

I love the sense of community and social connection that I get from lifting club. I look forward to seeing folks each week and working out together. I also love the hands-on feedback from Megan and encouragement when I’m pushing myself outside my comfort zone. I love the predetermined workouts and the variety between doing rotating sets in a group and circuits with a partner.

The vibe, the workout, the social aspect. I actually hate working out but it is high energy between the pace of the workout and the music, which makes it go fast. Love that there is good explanation of the workouts and the trainer watches to make sure you’re doin' it right.
